Phoenix Training Council LLC is a privately owned company committed to providing quality training for Public Safety and Security applications. PTC recognizes the evolution of training as well as the impact of new technology in the Public Safety Sector. By recognizing these changes, it is the goal of  PTC to provide training that incorporates proven tactics, learned lessons, and cutting edge technology.

PTC utilizes instructors and consultants currently working in their respective field of instruction. This allows PTC to not only provide instruction in proven tactics and techniques, but allows for constant adjustments and modifications of training courses as new tactics and techniques impact the Public Safety Sector.

We feel it is more beneficial to learn from mistakes than to lecture about successes. This philosophy is the backbone of PTC and is what separates us from other training providers. Although proven methods are covered in all of our training, emphasis on mistakes made and how to avoid them is always paramount.

PTC custom designs all training presentation to be hands on and requires complete class involvement. We are committed to leaving "fluff and filler" out of our training presentations and present only informative and necessary information in a dynamic and interesting manner. It is our belief that this instructing style greatly increases the student's understanding of the subject matter and substantially increases the retention of the information provided. You will not attend another "Death by PowerPoint" presentation when attending a PTC training. We are absolutely committed to teaching, not just presenting.
